Now, this is from The Sun, so take it with the proverbial grain of salt.  Or in this case, a 10kg bag of salt, some fries and a tub of lard.

Being overweight is apparently quite stressful.  Stressful enough, you might think.  But a new report published in The Sun has overweight people as responsible for increased carbon emissions and fossil fuel usage.  It then draws the obvious parrallel that if fat people are responsible for these things, then it follows that they are, metaphorically speaking, gnawing their way through pristine rainforests, chewing the Polar Bears into extinction, and slurping up the world's oil supply.

This is bad news for our larger friends.  Frankly, I don't know what they're going to do about it, but some comfort eating would seem to be in order.
